First, we mash glacier fresh water with the complex base of 100% Alberta Rye sourced from local farmers.
Next, we allow this spirit to age in oak that previously held port wine for 24 hours. This is our not so secret “secret”!
The result is an incredibly smooth and remarkably refined spirit. The combination of floral notes of stone fruit, vanilla and Rye spiciness are pleasing to the nose.
How to Use:
We enjoy RAW Unaged Rye on the rocks but you can use it to add complexity to popular cocktails without the added colour of an aged Rye. Try a new twist on a classic Old Fashioned or whisky sour today… or pairs great with a spicy ginger soda on a hot day.
